🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of service delivery experience in technology
• Solid people management experience including hiring, onboarding, and professional development
• Ability to lead through others: develop and coach a customer-facing team and set a high bar for
• Led transformation work through execution and understanding of how a customer works today
• Firm understanding of how services and project delivery impacts financial performance with regard
• Accurately forecast and effectively manage resources against revenue, pipeline, and bookings targets
