Manager, Brokerage Platform Operations (General Ledger)

📋 Description

• Ensure Ledger Integrity: Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure accurate journal entries
• Remediate Systemic Issues: Investigate data anomalies entering the general ledger, tracing root
• Lead Audit Readiness: Coordinate operational deliverables for brokerage audits (SOC, FinOps, MFRs)
• Oversee Asset Movements: Monitor internal and external ledger transfer bookings, tracking timelines
• Scale Operations: Partner with Engineering to automate manual workflows, reduce operational risk
• Develop the Team & Processes: Mentor team members while designing process improvements that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brokerage or broker-dealer accounting, finance, or ledger operations.
• Direct general ledger experience operating an in-house or non-outsourced ledger day-to-day.
• Cross-functional fluency with the ability to communicate technical requirements to Engineering and
• Experience with regulatory oversight, such as Monthly Financial Reports (MFRs) or SOC audit support.
