🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, sales, healthcare, or medical devices.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams, including remote teams.
• Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies and achieve measurable results.
• Strong sales and business development expertise with forecasting and planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
