Identify and evaluate new partnerships across fintech and financial services.
Support outreach, qualification, negotiation, and onboarding of partners.
Structure partnership agreements (CPA, CPL, rev-share, hybrid models).
Build strong relationships with affiliate partners, banks, and fintech platforms.
Help expand marketplace monetization via upsell and new product launches.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, Legal, and Eng to scale.

🎯 Requirements

4-7 years in business development, partnerships, or related roles
Experience in consumer fintech or financial services marketplaces preferred
Strong understanding of financial products (cards, loans, insurance, banking)
Experience managing partner relationships and negotiations
Strong analytical and operational KPI tracking skills
Bachelor's degree required
