Manager, Business HR- Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day strategic HR partner to several key Finance businesses. Assist in
• Coach, consult, and influence the business leaders, regarding leadership development, succession
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain
• Ensure the effective delivery of all HR programs and service, and be responsible for HR results in
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Centers of
• Provide consultation on organization design, organizational effectiveness, and structure to help

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business; strong business acumen.
• Experience with utilizing competency model and assessment tools such as 360 assessment tool and
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex and demanding environment.
• Project management or business experience.
