Manager, Business Operations, International

📋 Description

• Support the development of the International ambition, long range plan, and annual operating plan
• Contribute to market expansion and operating model analyses, including go-to-market approaches
• Support the annual planning cycle, including objective setting across functions and prioritization
• Build, operate, and continuously improve the International executive dashboard, including tailored
• Operationalize the KPI framework across functions and clusters, maintaining definitions
• Partner with Commercial Excellence on launch KPIs and with all International functions on tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related
• At least 6 years' experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program or project
• Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading multiple cross-functional
• Experience working in or with a matrix organization, across functions, geographies, and levels of
• Solid understanding of the life sciences industry, including the pharmaceutical development and
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining KPI frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting
