Manager, Campaign Analytics

📋 Description

• Deliver exec-level reporting for campaign performance and generosity spend.
• Identify opportunities via exploratory analysis and hypotheses.
• Generate insights for cross-functional partners to optimize promotions.
• Understand generosity distribution and experimentation impact.
• Collaborate with Generosity Data Science to refine measurement.
• Plan timelines and coordinate with stakeholders with accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years analytics experience.
• Expert in SQL; experience with large datasets in Excel.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau (preferred).
• Python and/or statistics programming knowledge.
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate/technical discipline.
