📋 Description

• Develop and implement tailored change and enablement strategies, including stakeholder analysis
• Lead change and enablement workstreams by developing integrated plans, schedules, milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a
• Three to five years of experience managing employees, with demonstrated ability to coach team
• At least seven years of experience leading change management, enablement, project management
• Experience designing and delivering role-based learning solutions using adult learning principles.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, stakeholder impact assessments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, contractors, vendors, and
