📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage teams of Zoox and contingent workforce personnel responsible for Zoox’s
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance by mastering operational
• Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle deployments, maintenance tracking, and service
• Drive operational excellence by being customer-focused and partnering with product and key
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of technology updates and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 8+ years leading the business side of relevant large-scale operations
• 3+ years of managing large teams of FTEs and contingent labor
• Management of continuous safety standards and improvement initiatives
• Experience in change management processes & managing large amounts of data
• Ability to work on-site at your market’s facilities
