📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution across LGIMA’s
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Drive modernization, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities.
• Manage third‑party performance/reporting platforms and governance processes.
• Collaborate with LGIM London counterparts for cross‑regional delivery and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate quantitative degree; CFA/advanced finance degree preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, performance measurement, and attribution.
• Experience with client reporting within an investment management setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
