📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution across the firm
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous
• Contribute to the strategic direction and long-term growth of the Client Reporting and Performance
• Manage and deliver change initiatives and project work, including “side‑of‑desk” projects, in
• Own and maintain the relationship with L&G’s LGIM London counterparts, ensuring strong
• Partner closely with Investment teams, Client teams, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science
• Strong mindset focused on improving efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and
• Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail with a
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a people management or
• Solid understanding of capital markets and the investment management industry, experience in fixed
• Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and attribution models.
