Manager, Client Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Define the vision, roadmap, operating model, and standards for client reporting and analytics
• Lead the design and development of dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service analytics
• Build reusable reporting frameworks and solutions that improve deployment speed, consistency
• Translate complex life sciences data—including commercial performance, medical, operational
• Serve as the analytics subject matter expert during client onboarding, requirements sessions
• Partner with product, data engineering, client systems, customer success, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, data science, information systems, business
• At least 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or
• At least 3 years of experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device
• Demonstrated experience managing analytics projects, reporting platforms, dashboards, client
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical operations, healthcare data, and life
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or comparable data visualization and business intelligence
