• 5-7 years in account management within the advertising media industry.
• Background with Media & Entertainment or Theatrical clients.
• Experience in managed services and programmatic ad tech.
• Proven coaching record and results in fast-paced settings.
• Strong people development, motivation, and growth of contributors.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, customer-centric mindset; drive growth via team development.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
