📋 Description

• Lead development of DM procedures and optimize data management processes.
• Set objectives aligned to strategy; lead groups to close gaps.
• Manage budgets, WOs, changes, forecasting and staffing.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor staff; maintain morale.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, time, and cost; liaise with programming.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma/degree and 7-9 years experience; CCDM asset.
