Lead creation and documentation of dept procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Set departmental objectives aligned with company strategy; address operational challenges.
Lead groups/committees to set goals and close process gaps.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize Data Management tech, processes, and standards.
Manage budgets for projects and staff; forecast and track spend.
Ensure data management deliverables meet quality, time, and cost targets.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or college diploma with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
CCDM certification is considered an asset.
Strong leadership and team management experience; mentor and develop staff.
Experience with budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
Experience with data management systems (EDC, IRT, ePRO, eConsent).
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness.
