Manager, Clinical Laboratory

📋 Description

• Oversees development, planning, and maintenance of lab methods and operations for products/tech.
• Ensures compliance with GMP and CLIA/CAP guidelines.
• Manages staffing, budgets, and manufacturing performance; drives continuous improvement.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with OPS, Accessioning, Engineering, Stats, R&D, and
• Monitors production metrics, schedules, and QA/QC programs; drives cost and quality improvements.
• Guides team through CAPAs, NCRs, and regulatory requirements; ensures safe, organized lab.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience and/or managing a team.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience preferred.
• Current ASCP Medical Technologist certification or CA CLS or CGMBS license required.
