📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain territory-level performance dashboards and scorecards for the US
• Conduct regional and sub-national analyses, including geographic demand modeling, treatment center
• Perform territory alignment and optimization analyses to support field force deployment as the
• Develop account-level performance profiles by integrating specialty pharmacy, claims, patient hub
• Provide analytical support to regional business directors and account managers by translating
• Design and manage field force effectiveness frameworks, including call activity analytics, reach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Life Sciences, or another
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations analytics, or field force
• Demonstrated experience analyzing regional, territory, or account-level commercial performance and
• Ability to clearly explain analytical challenges, methodologies, recommendations, and the resulting
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL or an equivalent query tool, with the ability to extract, join
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Power BI
