📋 Description

• Serve as key contact for pharma brand teams and manage timelines
• Translate marketing needs into briefs and HTML asset production plans
• Ensure quality across deliverables and MLR readiness
• Support senior team in brand planning, workshops, and assessments
• Help build scalable systems and playbooks for the org
• On-site in NYC five days a week

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years pharma brand or client-facing experience
• Excellent organization for multi-workstream engagements
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• High ownership; proactive problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in pharma concepts: MLR, brand planning
• Comfort with technology; HTML/Figma experience a plus
