Manager, Commercial Engagement

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for pharma brand teams; manage timelines and relationships
• Translate client marketing needs into briefs and production plans for HTML assets
• Own quality across deliverables; QC against markup, ISI, and MLR readiness
• Support strategic engagements with senior team members; brand planning and workshops
• Help build systems and playbooks for a fast-scaling commercial organization

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of pharma brand team client-facing experience
• Exceptional organization; ability to run multi-workstream engagements
• Clear, confident client communications, written and verbal
• High ownership; proactive problem solving
• Fluency in pharma concepts: MLR, brand planning, market access
• Comfort with technology; eager to master our AI-native platform; HTML/Figma a plus
