📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for pharma brand teams; manage timelines.
• Translate client marketing needs into briefs and production plans.
• Own quality across deliverables and MLR submission readiness.
• Support strategic engagements with senior team members.
• Help build the systems, processes, and playbooks for scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years pharma brand client-facing experience.
• Exceptional organization; able to run complex multi-workstream engagements.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• High ownership: anticipate and fix problems.
• Fluency in pharma concepts: MLR, brand planning, market access.
• Comfort with tech; eager to master AI-native platform; HTML a plus.
