Manager, Commercial Finance (Strategic Finance)

📋 Description

• Own recurring revenue reporting workflows, including daily and weekly file maintenance, revenue
• Prepare and maintain executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on revenue movements and provide clear, concise commentary
• Support quarterly sales target-setting by assembling bottom-up data, reconciling it against
• Own the commercial commission review process by synthesizing attainment data, identifying trends
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership to support in-quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to independently build
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work across multiple data sources, reconcile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting, including KPI reviews, Board materials, and Senior
• Ability to quickly understand existing processes and deliver high-quality work reliably with
