📋 Description

• Lead and optimize the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and auction transactions, including
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across
• Manage daily operations of a diverse, multi-state portfolio of institutional and privately owned
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction readiness and execution.
• Oversee portfolio performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and maximize asset value.
• Direct auction operations, including scheduling, asset listing preparation, vendor coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience managing high-volume national real estate portfolios.
• Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including auction operations.
• Proven success leading operations in multi-state or national real estate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective
• Expertise in managing client relationships and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
