📋 Description

• Lead analytics and sales ops team; set priorities and drive data culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial strategy/ops; at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience leading analytics and sales ops; connect insight to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgment; advise senior leaders.
• Advanced analytical problem-solving skills; structure ambiguity and interpret findings.
• Hands-on operating style; work with frontline teams to understand processes.
• Proven ability to design and roll out scalable processes and tools.
