Manager, Commercial Planning & Analytics

📋 Description

• Own and maintain capacity reporting across Element Critical data centers.
• Provide real-time visibility into power, space, connectivity for planning.
• Design and build commercial dashboards and reporting tools for profitability and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to enable scalable workflows and systems.
• Establish data governance standards and KPIs across commercial analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, capacity planning or related analytics; data center/tech infra preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to distill complex data into executive-ready presentations.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel (Pivot) required.
• Experience establishing data governance standards and KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
