  • Lead quality operations across Ergomed Group
  • Oversee Quality Cost Grids and QA as a Service information
  • Support RFIs and bid defence activities
  • Mentor and develop Quality staff into SMEs
  • Ensure compliance with global GxP regulations
  • Collaborate with Client Quality Management on frameworks and training

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
  • Experience in client-facing stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to prepare presentations and client materials
  • Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge
  • Experience supporting bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
