Lead and oversee Quality operations across the Ergomed Group.
Manage Quality Cost Grids, QaaS information, and RFI/bid defence support.
Collaborate with Associate Director, Client Quality Management to align with frameworks and
Mentor and develop Quality staff to become subject matter experts.
Lead Commercial Quality activities across global teams ensuring compliance with global GxP regs.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare field.
Proven client-facing/stakeholder management experience.
Experience creating presentations, capability decks, and client materials.
Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.
