Manager, Commercial Quality

📋 Description

• Lead Commercial Quality across Ergomed group ensuring GxP compliance.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for quality input into procedures, policy and training.
• Drive quality in client proposals, RFIs and bid defence activities.
• Collaborate with Business Development on opportunities, budgets and client meetings.
• Develop materials and maintain Quality cost grids and decks.
• Mentor and develop quality staff globally to build SMEs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical concepts.
• Experience in bids/proposals and RFP/RFI responses is desirable.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in global/matrix environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; English fluent.
