📋 Description

• Lead Commercial Quality across Ergomed group ensuring GxP compliance.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for quality in proposals and bids.
• Develop materials and maintain Quality cost grids and deliverables.
• Oversee metrics and reporting for Commercial Quality activities.
• Lead and mentor quality staff globally to build SME capabilities.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.
• Experience with bids, RFP/RFI responses, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• English fluent (spoken and written).
