Lead and oversee Quality operations across Ergomed Group
Manage Quality Cost Grids, QsA information, and RFIs/Bid Defence activities
Mentor and develop Quality staff to become subject matter experts
Collaborate with Associate Director to align with frameworks and standards
Drive quality input into client proposals and presentations
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field
Experience in client-facing roles with stakeholder management
Ability to prepare presentations and client-facing materials
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge
