Manager, Commercial Quality

📋 Description

• Lead Commercial Quality across Ergomed group ensuring GxP compliance.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for quality in client proposals, RFIs and bid defence.
• Develop materials and manage Quality cost grids and related deliverables.
• Oversee metrics analysis and reporting for Commercial Quality.
• Mentor and develop quality staff across global teams.
• Interact with Business Development to identify new opportunities and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• Proven client-facing/stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge.
• Experience preparing bids/proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• English – fluent (spoken and written).
