📋 Description

• Model and maintain Excel-based financial and strategic models to support business cases.
• Create KPI frameworks and forecasting packages for leadership reviews.
• Refine the free-to-play monetization framework (currency, passes, cosmetics, bundles).
• Define the monetization roadmap with product and design, balancing revenue and player experience.
• Stand up commercial reporting and dashboards with data/analytics for a single source of truth.
• Analyze live services P&L; identify levers to boost engagement and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in strategy, finance, consulting, or analytics (gaming preferred).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; comfortable building models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of live-service game economics and market landscape.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data teams; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker.
• Intellectual curiosity; comfortable with ambiguity; proactive in stakeholder management.
