📋 Description

• Develop and execute comms strategies to strengthen Grab Indonesia's reputation and financial objectives.
• Create narratives on business performance, partnerships, and financial services.
• Translate complex business, financial, tech, risk, and policy topics into clear messaging.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, reputation, media relevance, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build media relationships and secure interviews and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or related field.
• Expertise in corporate reputation, executive comms, media relations, issues and crisis management.
• Ability to communicate complex business, financial, tech, sustainability, and regulatory topics clearly.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's media, business, financial services landscape.
• Established media relationships in Indonesia across business, financial, tech, and policy.
• Strong writing/editing and storytelling in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong judgment and stakeholder management; advise executives; handle confidential information.
• Project and agency management; proactive, agile, collaborative in fast-paced environments.
