  • Proficient with SuccessFactors; Workforce Software a plus.
  • Experience in project management and system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
