📋 Description

  • Lead design, admin, and improvement of compensation programs (merit, incentives, total rewards).
  • Manage annual compensation planning: raises, market adjustments, incentives, and salary structures.
  • Oversee bonus program administration and align with org objectives.
  • Lead performance management: system admin, testing, comms, training, reporting, improvements.
  • Manage creation and distribution of total rewards statements and comms.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, finance, tech, and leaders to improve compensation systems.
  • Develop compensation communications, training materials, and leader resources.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with regulations and policies.
  • Analyze compensation data, market trends, and metrics to improve programs.
  • Build dashboards and executive reports to support decision-making.
  • Support pay equity reviews, salary structure mgmt, and governance.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on compensation policies and decisions.
  • Lead strategic projects: system implementations, redesigns, integrations.
  • Maintain docs, procedures, and controls for consistency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar credential preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • 7+ years managing compensation programs (incentives, merit, perf mgmt).
  • 2+ years leading a compensation team.
  • Strong experience with compensation structures, HR systems, reporting, and incentive platforms.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR tech platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
  • Strong project management skills for complex initiatives.
  • Experience with compensation analysis, incentive modeling, forecast, and financial evaluations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
  • Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
