📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary content team, establishing clear priorities
• Oversee the team's portfolio of work, ensuring priorities, timelines, resources and deliverables
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution and resource planning, including the effective use of
• Translate business requirements, project objectives and stakeholder briefs into clear plans
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify underlying needs, challenge
• Provide strategic and practical guidance on content solutions, delivery approaches and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in content solutions, creative production, studio
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing people, projects or multidisciplinary contributors
• Experience managing priorities, resources, quality and timelines across multiple concurrent
• Experience delivering content solutions across a range of formats, platforms, audiences or
• French and English bilingual proficiency, oral and written.
