• Provider Recruitment and Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or
• At least five years of experience in provider contracting, contract analysis, provider relations
• Demonstrated experience negotiating healthcare provider agreements, interpreting contractual terms
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and amendments, with an
• Strong understanding of provider operations, healthcare insurance products, reimbursement
• Familiarity with managed care operations, state and federal healthcare programs, and the regulatory
