📋 Description

Lead month-end closure with Finance, AR, AP teams.
Prepare financial statements and present results to internal stakeholders.
Review ECL provisions under Ind AS 109 with Risk team.
Develop accounting entries for new/complex transactions with compliance.
Maintain working knowledge of Ind AS 109 and Ind AS 115, focusing on ECL.

🎯 Requirements

CA qualification mandatory
Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related fields
Minimum 3 years NBFC experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of RBI regulations for NBFCs
RBI regulatory reporting familiarity (monthly/quarterly/annual returns)
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
