Manager, Conversion Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts, investing consistent time in feedback
• Own delivery outcomes and final prioritization decisions across the team’s conversion portfolio
• Use data and KPIs to spot trends early, weigh risks and tradeoffs, and step in before small issues
• Partner closely with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support to
• Apply a strong understanding of conversion workflows, data mapping, and Bloomerang’s data model to

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, or conversion delivery roles.
• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Working proficiency in SQL and a solid grasp of data analysis concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and command of data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling.
