Manager - Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including award valuations, expense
• Partner with HR and Legal to ensure accurate processing of equity grants
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards for share-based compensation
• Oversee accounting for pension plans, 401(k) contributions and other benefit programs
• Support annual valuation processes and audit requests for employee benefit plans
• Review monthly/quarterly benefits-related accruals and financial statement disclosures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or medium/large
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (share-based compensation, pensions, debt, derivatives)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment
