Manager - Corporate Accounting - Internally Developed Software

📋 Description

• Oversee the accounting for Internally developed software projects, including capitalization
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, especially ASC 350-40 (software), ASC 360 (fixed assets) and ASC 842
• Establish and maintain policies and controls for software development cost identification
• Partner with Engineering, Product and IT to validate project statuses, upcoming releases and
• Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, asset tracking
• Maintain capitalization thresholds and policies to ensure consistent application across the Company

🎯 Requirements

• IDSW projects, including capitalization assessments, cost tracking and useful life evaluations
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, especially ASC 350-40 (software), ASC 360 (fixed assets) and ASC 842
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
