Partner with leadership on executive comms aligned to mission and values.
Apply change management and agile principles to communications.
Integrate AI into communications processes and sprint-based calendars.
Design a unified annual internal comms plan and track engagement.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years internal/corporate communications in fast-paced SaaS/tech.
Thrive in ambiguous environments; adapt quickly with agile sprints/backlogs.
Experience writing for diverse audiences.
Experience executing comms plans with cross-functional partners.
Advanced MS Office; Jira, Confluence; Claude AI models.
Bachelor's degree required.
