Manager, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Own FP&A forecasting models and 95% forecast accuracy.
• Manage headcount plan and rolling forecast; coordinate with HR.
• Admin Adaptive Planning; drive improvements in model reliability and speed.
• Enable executive modeling and scenario builds for strategic decisions.
• Internal FP&A reporting: design and production using Adaptive Planning/BI.
• Analyze trends in revenue, COGS, Opex, and balance sheet metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years FP&A experience; 1-2 years in lead/management role.
• Experience owning headcount planning and forecasting with HR coordination.
• Hands-on Adaptive Planning experience: model building and administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Tableau; data pulling/validation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
