Manager, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead Corporate Finance’s workstream for the integration of a recent acquisition, building and
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Systems teams to align on account
• Build pro forma and combined-company 3 statement financial views and combined KPI tracking, and
• Identify integration risks, gaps, and open decisions early; drive issues to resolution and provide
• Central point of contact on finance-wide communications and updates related to integration
• Identify and track forecasted cost and organizational synergies that have been previously

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate or strategic finance, investment banking
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field; MBA or
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and public company reporting, including the
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and firm deadlines
• Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets - you can build scalable, efficient, and intuitive models with
• Exceptional attention to detail and the judgment to deliver accurate, executive-ready materials
