Own CORA and Planning programs end-to-end
Lead Executive QBR planning cycles from guidance to outputs
Maintain CORA rhythms, reporting, and audits with regulators
Partner with IT, data, and engineering for complex builds
Maintain all enablement resources: guidance, policies, FAQs, training, AI agents
Identify scalable solutions across programs

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in product operations or program mgmt for software initiatives
Turn ambiguous inputs into actionable plans and drive to completion
Experience partnering with technical teams to translate requirements into tooling or processes
Proficient in Jira and Confluence; experience leveraging AI to automate workflows
Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholder dialogues
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow
