Manager, CRM Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead a CRM strategy team responsible for planning, creating, and implementing complex campaigns
• Develop and optimize customer journeys by mapping key touchpoints and interactions to improve the
• Establish the right channel mix and communication cadence based on audience behavior, lifecycle
• Own customer segmentation strategy and management, evaluating segment and campaign performance and
• Develop a long-term vision for audience strategy and translate customer insights into scalable
• Orchestrate cross-channel personalization and ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong experience developing and executing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Moveable Ink, or comparable tools highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of email, in-app, and push marketing best practices, along with solid
• Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign
