🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading software engineering and analytics teams.
• Deep Salesforce domain: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities.
• Experience across SaaS/PaaS apps (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, Boomi).
• Proven coaching and talent development.
• Understanding of key business value streams (Campaign to Opportunity).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and exec presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
