📋 Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 CSMs.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and advocacy in Enterprise and Mid-Market.
  • Build scalable, data-driven success plans and health playbooks.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing on expansion.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
  • Represent Voice of the Customer to influence global CS strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in CS, AM, or Consulting within SaaS.
  • 3+ years leading customer-facing teams across Europe.
  • Proven retention, expansion, advocacy in Enterprise/Mid-Market.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.
  • Analytical, strategic, people-centered with CS/BI tools.
  • Fluent in French.
