Manager, CX AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Own the CX AI strategy and execution at Brex.
• Build internal AI tools to boost CX productivity (agent-assist, real-time guidance, QA, workflows).
• Define AI metrics and drive CX product roadmap with Eng.
• Collaborate with Systems and Engineering to optimize CX AI across channels.
• Lead the CX Strategy team; develop talent; align with goals.
• Drive cross-functional AI adoption; translate data into decisions to improve CX.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in CX strategy, AI operations, or related field.
• 1+ years managing 4+ ICs.
• Proven experience owning AI/automation initiatives in a support environment.
• Product-minded builder; write requirements and partner with Eng to ship.
• Strong analytical skills; analyze data to drive decisions.
• Technical fluency with AI-enabled CX platforms; collaborate with Eng.
