🎯 Requirements

  • 5-9 years in analytics/operations analytics in high-volume CX.
  • Strong SQL; write queries, build data models, debug pipelines.
  • Define/instrument metrics; write business requirements for engineering.
  • Experience with CRM data, preferably Salesforce.
  • Comfortable using Claude/AI tools to accelerate workflows.
  • Strong written communication; docs/decks are decision-focused.
