Manager, Data & AI Strategy

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end client engagements with high-quality, on-time delivery
• Serve as primary contact and face of the engagement
• Design and lead client AI strategy workshops and governance sessions
• Translate ambiguous client needs into structured problems and roadmaps
• Lead creation of strategic artifacts: roadmaps and assessments
• Mentor junior team and help shape reusable assets and methods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Data Science; Master's asset
• 4–7 years in data strategy, AI transformation, platform modernization
• Proven ability to lead client-facing workstreams and mentor juniors
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and run workshops
• Deep knowledge of data governance, quality, integration, ML/GenAI concepts
• Exceptional storytelling and executive alignment in fast-paced settings
• Experience in AI strategy, data governance, AI CoEs, Change mgmt, telco/health/fs
• French fluency desirable but not required
